At EDEN WORK we will take our coworking Neighbors on the adventure of inventing a hopeful future for work. Hard, repetitive, alienating — or even worse — pointless working conditions will soon be fulfillable by solutions of the ongoing Digitalization, Automation and Robotization. EDEN WORK will create tangible and solid examples of how our liberated time at work could be directed to a better, value-based work environment that reaches beyond pure capitalism and leads into a much more attractive working environment for everyone.
The initial product of EDEN WORK will be a work environment like a community for high performers. However, some readers may not be aware of the fact that our long term plan is to build a wide range of communities around good work, including affordably priced, family-friendly open spaces. This is because the overarching purpose of EDEN WORK is to help expedite the move from a maximize-extraction-of-the-worker economy towards a value-based economy, which we believe to be the primary, but not exclusive, sustainable solution in the sense of maximizing and extending human life on planet earth.
Critical to making that happen is a workplace without compromises, which is why EDEN WORK’s community has to provide the preconditions for excellence. By how EDEN WORK is designed, we are making the forging of value-adding products intuitively obvious, to beat other communities at companies, other coworking-spaces and project-platforms through our operating principle of servanthood. Even so, some may question whether this actually does any good for the world. Are we really in need of another social-oriented organization? Will it actually make a difference to global productivity and quality of life?
Well, the answers are no and not much. However, that misses the point, unless you understand the secret master plan alluded to above. The invention of a cultural landscape for work has initially high unit cost for exploring its quality before it can be optimized and outlined for the broader community. Although the first product of EDEN WORK is yet to be born, the strategy and its (psycho-)technology is to enter at the high end of the market, where members are prepared to pay a premium, and then drive down market as fast as possible to more members per community and lower prices with each successive community.
By definition, we must — at some point — achieve a human centric economy or we will run out of ambition and hope to drive abundance and procreation without which civilization will collapse. Given that we must get off exploiting the human work force anyway and that virtually all humans agree that dramatically replacing repetitive work through robotization and automation without a human centric mindset is insane, the faster we achieve human centric sustainability in our culture for work, the better.

Starting in Coworking Spaces, we will invent and evaluate a new culture for work, while simultaneously creating value for customers and neighbors through Values. Of course Profit is among those values. One of many! This will challenge the rediscovery of our personal valuesystem, too, and necessitate the enlightenment of it. Become speakable about our and our works values. Jointly these values generate sustainable and strong longterm growth.

Phase One 📣
Having put our idea of work and its environment out there in implementable terms, EDEN WORK is able to make friends — companions who are willing to join the mission of making a hopeful future for work reality in practical ways: Actually working together. As blindly as we are, we try out new ways of work and speak up to discuss EDEN WORK. We give talks and present its actualization of the ideas to the world through organizing Workations, temporary Coworkings and produced media on our Website. Work related topics are presented in videos to create awareness for the value based approach of work — EDEN WORK.
Phase Two 🛠
EDEN WORK will Partner with a Coworkingspace or other spaceowners to manifest EDEN WORK in a city in Europe and the sourrounding vastly different society regarding its approach of work, creating a Heterotopy — a “world within a world, mirroring and yet upsetting what is outside.”
Phase Three 🚀
Validate EDEN WORK by making one company successful. To do that, we will try to find a partner with momentum for change. Otherwise, it might be necessary to buy a company or start our own.
